Overview

When you open the door the sparkling blue Sea of Cortez will greet you to your new home overlooking some of the best surf spots in Baja. With balconies spanning the entirety of our condo which extends across the entire top floor of the A building of Las Olas, become lost within stunning views extending both directions down Costa Azul. Take a dip in the warm waters below at anytime as Las Olas is located on one of the few swimming beaches in the area or relax by newly remodeled pool & hot tubs

The space
PLEASE MESSAGE ME before booking stays between August 1st-October 15th. This is the annual period of time every year when our HOA allows remodels & repairs to the condos on our property. Therefore, there could be potential for some noise Mon-Fri during normal business hours. No work will be done in our condo during your stay.

Our 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath beachfront condo and deck covers the entire top floor of the A building of Las Olas. Las Olas boasts a fully furnished pool area, 3 hot tubs and private beach access to one of the few swimmable beaches in the area. You can explore the area or sit back and enjoy the view on one of our private balconies overlooking the ocean.

Our penthouse condo has sleek yet rustic furnishings selected to create a beachy yet artistic aesthetic celebrating the San Jose del Cabo local area. The entire front of the condo is lined with balconies with lounge and dining furniture, overlooking the Las Olas property and the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Our penthouse also has a large private deck area, equipped with lounge chairs for sunbathing while enjoying the view. All 4 bedrooms are spacious with private or semi-private bathrooms. An elevator takes you up to our 6th floor condo. We also have a surf locker available for your use on the ground floor, making it easy to walk your board down to the beach and enjoy the incredible surf in front of Las Olas.

Guest access
Guests have access to a washer/dryer within the condo, small gym, parking, rooftop tennis court, pool & 3 hot tubs, wifi and more!!

Other things to note
We require our guests to review the rules of the property with every reservation.

An occupancy card will need to be completed and submitted to our HOA prior to your stay. You will need to list the names of all guests, the best way to contact you, and the ages of any children.

Our HOA counts infants towards the occupancy allowed in our condo. Therefore, we can only have 8 guests, including infants. Airbnb does not count infants (children under 2) towards occupancy so please be aware that it may allow you to book but we will have to cancel or book another condo in addition to ours for your group if it is beyond 8 including infants.

We have multiple condos on the property, so if you have a larger group, please message me and I may be able to rent you multiple condos at a discount if there is availability.

A damage deposit will also be held by AirBnB.

Our HOA does not allow kids under 13 years old in the hot tubs. They are very strict about enforcing this rule.

I will send you the house rules packet. Please be respectful of the community and the condominium. Non-compliance may result in fines and/or dismissal from the property. The rules are listed below. Please note that children under 13 years of age are not allowed in the hot tubs. This is a strange rule but it is strictly enforced by our HOA for some reason so please make note. An occupancy card listing the contact info and names of all guests must be completed prior to arrival. This will be forwarded to the on-site HOA manager. Finally, there are additional temporary property rules in relation to covid-19. LAS OLAS RULES & REGULATIONS 1. WHEN YOU ARRIVE, PLEASE REGISTER AT THE SECURITY GATE SO THAT SECURITY WILL KNOW THAT YOU ARE AN AUTHORIZED RESIDENT. 2. WHILE CARS ARE PARKED, THEY MUST BE KEPT LOCKED FOR THEIR OWN SECURITY AND MAY NOT BE STATIONARY FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS. ALL VEHICLES MUST KEEP PROPER IDENTIFICATION VISIBLE (UNREGISTERED VEHICLES MAY BE REMOVED). 3. EACH UNIT HAS A LIMITED OCCUPANCY DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE UNIT. NO MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE IN A ONE BEDROOM, NO MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE IN A DOUBLE BEDROOM AND NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE IN A THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. 4. WATER AND ELECTRICITY ARE BOTH IN SHORT SUPPLY AND EXPENSIVE, PLEASE CONSERVE BOTH. 5. NO STORAGE ON PATIOS. PATIOS SHOULD BE KEPT CLEAN AT ALL TIMES. 6. LAUNDRY, BEDDING, RUGS, TOWELS, SWIMWEAR, ETC., MUST NOT BE HUNG FROM THE BALCONY RAILS OR VISIBLE CLOTHESLINES. 7. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED BY RENTERS OR GUESTS. 8. GROUND FLOOR UNITS ARE NOT TO LEAVE ANY PERSONAL ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THEIR PATIO AREA. 9. QUITE HOURS ARE BETWEEN 10 P.M. THROUGH 8:00 A.M. 10. THE AMENITIES ARE FOR THE USE OF THE OWNERS, RENTERS AND THEIR GUESTS (GUESTS MUST BE WITH A RENTER OR OWNER AT ALL TIMES) ONLY. 11. THE GYM IS FOR ADULTS EXERCISE ONLY. PLEASE TURN THE AIR CONDITIONER OFF WHEN FINISHED. 12. TENNIS COURT BY RESERVATION. LIMIT OF ONE HOUR PLAY IF PEOPLE ARE WAITING. 13. PARKING – ONE VEHICLE IS PERMITTED PER CONDO. PLEASE PARK WITHIN LINES. 14. COMPLY WITH RULES POSTED AT POOL AND HOT TUB. CHILDREN MUST BE KEPT UNDER CONTROL AND SUPERVISED. CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OLD ARE NOT PERMITTED IN HOT TUB. 15. PLEASE DON’T TAKE DISHES OR GLASSWARE OUT OF THE CONDO. - USE PLASTIC!!! 16. ALL PARTY’S OR EVENTS MUST HAVE PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE MANAGER. 17. THERE IS A LIMIT OF 2 GUESTS PER CONDO. MORE THAN 2 GUESTS WILL NEED PRIOR APPROVAL FROM THE MANAGER. 18. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR SURFBOARD ON THE GRASS. ALL SURFBOARD AND PERSONAL ITEMS MUST BE STORED INSIDE CONDOS, CONDOS DECKS OR IN LOCKERS. 19. USE YOUR ACCESS CARD OR ENTER THE CODE TO GET IN TO THE PROPERTY, DO NOT JUMP THE WALL. 20. PLEASE PUT GARBAGE IN A CLOSED PLASTIC BAG AND DEPOSIT IT IN THE DESIGNATED AREA AT THE PARKING LOT. HELP US RECYCLING. 21. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD EXPOSED, AS IT COULD ATTRACT INSECTS. 22. LOCK ALL DOORS WHEN YOU ARE OUT AND AT NIGHT. 23. DRONES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PROPERTY.
