Fabulous Lower Deer Valley 4 br & den completely remodeled home. We are 2 minutes to Snow Park & the best skiing in the USA. This is the best location in Park City. Walk to Old Town or simply enjoy the cozy/ comfortable furnishings & setting.

The space
There are 2 huge mater bedrooms with king beds & private luxurious bathrooms . The third bedroom off the living room also has a king bed & shares the 3rd bathroom
The den off the entry has a queen sleeper sofa & stairs lead to the new loft/playroom which was added in 2021 that has two ( 2) trundle beds, a sectional couch & netflix equipped tv for movies as well as a 1/2 bath . It a s great private separate area for children.

Guest access
We are located on the Lower Deer Valley loop road with the pubic bus stop at the driveway entrance offering free & multiple lines to both Park City and Deer Valley.
It is an easy 15 minute walk to Old Town.
The subterranean parking is below our home as well as several guest spaces outside.
