Entire condo in San José del Cabo, Mexico

Stay on the beach in San Jose del Cabo! Within steps of the sand, our newly renovated surf condo located within the property called “Las Olas” overlooks the sparkling Sea of Cortez.

PLEASE MESSAGE ME before booking stays between August 1st-October 15th. This is the annual period of time every year when our HOA allows remodels & repairs to the condos on our property. Therefore, there could be potential for some noise Mon-Fri during normal business hours. No work will be done in our condo.
The space

Stunning views await on our 4th floor balcony! Drink your morning coffee while watching for whales & cheering on the surfers at one of the 3 surf spots in front of our condo. Later, you can enjoy one of our 3 hot tubs, pool, rooftop tennis court or step out to the swimmable beach in front for a swim or snorkeling.

Stylishly decorated, our condo has a Surfy vibe which is enriched with the influence of the vibrant colors and artisanship of the eclectic artist community of San Jose del Cabo.

Our living area was recently remodeled with an enlarged kitchen area, stocked with most large and small appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) and kitchen utensils you will need to cook at home if you choose. This includes a large sit at island/peninsula equipped with an additional beverage refrigerator.

The living room has a futon couch that pulls out into a twin size bed. If you would like to utilize the futon bed, please let me know first so I can make sure that we stock enough linens. We are permitted to accommodate up to 4 guests, however, please note that the fold down futon sofa bed is a twin and not extremely comfortable. It’s probably most appropriate to accommodate a child. A pack-and-play crib can be available upon request as well.

We also have a TV in our living room area equipped with Dish Network/ American satellite TV. Please feel free to bring your own devices to connect to other online entertainment sources as our Wifi is great!

There is additional seating outside, so you can eat your meals while enjoying the spectacular views.

We have one full bathroom, adorned with Mexican tilework. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and some storage under the sink. You will be provided with bath and beach towels for your use.

The bedroom has a king size bed and a large closet for storage of your luggage and any hang-ables.

Pack n Play travel crib available upon request.

We also have a washer/dryer in a hallway closet for your use.

Guest access
Our condo will be your own private space while staying in San Jose del Cabo. It is located in the A building of Las Olas on the 4th floor. Las Olas has 2 buildings on the property, each with many condos of different sizes. Some of which are rented out and others are only for their owner’s use.

In addition, you will have access to a pool, 3 jacuzzis, small gym, roof top tennis court and, best of all, the beach. There is a beach access gate which remains locked at all times from the exterior. You will be sent a code for your use while you are there!

The property is aptly named “Las Olas” or “The Waves” due to the incredible surfing available at your fingertips when you stay with us! We have a ground level surf locker for ease of access to your surfboards during your stay. There is no need to carry it up to our condo! We do not provide any surfboards for your use at this time, however, there is a rental shop right across the street and another one right down the beach next to Zippers. The rental shops offer other equipment available for rent such as snorkel equipment. They can also provide lessons!

We do provide beach chairs and an umbrella as well as beach/pool towels. We can provide other equipment/accessories at times upon request, so please feel free to ask. If you would like tennis rackets/balls, please ask.

There is elevator access to our condo, although it can be temporarily shut down if there are extremely stormy conditions. This mostly only happens during Hurricane Season (mid-summer through early fall). In this case, the stairs would need to be used to access the condo temporarily.
Other things to note

I will request for your email address as there are documents we must provide to you as a requirement of our HOA. I will also email you a list of local recommendations, a stay packet, keypad access code instructions and the rules for the property. Much of this information is available on our listing, however I’ve formatted it in documents which can be printed and taken with you if you choose.

Additionally, we require that you review the rules for the property and complete an occupancy card which must be submitted to our HOA prior to your stay. The occupancy card must include all names of occupants, ages of any children, and the best way to contact you. This is a requirement of our HOA.
